So by the work in my Gallery you can probably tell I do a wide variety of works in many different mediums. I love to draw, paint, sketch, I love to create and for as long as I can remember I wanted to be an artist. So I went to College and was going to be a comic book artist. Six months after I started they dropped Illustration from their program as a Major. The influence of Computers had taken hold of art and my councilor instructed me that Graphic design was where all artists would end up.....I hated the thought of doing layouts and typography when I wanted to draw. And being I was going to small art school with a limited curriculum I dropped out. I free lanced and did a lot of temp work to get through and was content drawing here and there for people and companies. But work was far and very few between. then by happenstance the company my wife was working for wanted some fine art pieces having to do with the automotive industry for their building. They commissioned me and I created 8 pieces for them and launched my Automotive artist career. Over the next 5 years I traveled car shows and art fairs doing watercolor commissions for people of their cars, trucks, boat, planes, motorcycles, mopeds, pogo st....You get it. I started dabbling in pin-ups and sci-fi, fantasy while being a stay at home Dad for the last 8 years. And after a lengthy stand off with computers I have embraced digital art and am now trying to play catch up. I want to push my career past the starving artist phase and do more with what I love. Want to get more into Sci-fi and fantasy, character design, and movie/game concept work. Stay tuned...
